Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping to the U.S

Currently, we are offering standard free shipping everyday on U.S. orders shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/ FPO/ DPO and International orders.

Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout. Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/ or delivery timeframe.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Alaska and Hawai

The shipping rate to Alaska or Hawaii will vary based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package(s), and shipping method. Your shipping cost and delivery time frame will be displayed at the checkout page before you submit your order.

Custom Orders

Custom orders can take up to 10-15 business days to ship. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking information.

Oversized Items

Oversized items (weighting over 151 lbs. can take up to 10 business days to ship. You should receive your shipment within 4 weeks of you order date. The carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery once it is in your local area.

APO/ FPO/ DPO

The U.S. military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/ FPO/ DPO destination, and can take an additional 30 days for delivery after the item has been delivered to the military post office.

Please contact us, if you do not receive your shipment within these timeframe.

Returns

If for some reason your purchase doesn’t work out, we accept returns within 7 days for exchange or refund. Please email info@yasmindesignstudio.com within 7 days of receipt of your order for return authorization.

All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Any custom orders, all furniture, artwork, lighting, apothecary and sale items are final sale.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
